RESOLUTION NO. 2022-069 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATED TIFFIN FIRE DEPARTMENT STIPEND PROGRAM Whereas, the Tiffin City Council approved a stipend program for the Tiffin Fire Department in 2021; and, Whereas, with this being the first stipend program for the fire department, an annual review is program is appropriate; and, Whereas, the fire department officers have conducted a review of the program and recommend the attached updates, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the attached updated Tiffin Fire Department Stipend Program effective immediately. On this 6th day of September, 2022, at the regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-069, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATED TIFFIN FIRE DEPARTMENT STIPEND PROGRAM and made a motion for approval. Ayes: Nays: Absent: Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2022-069, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATED TIFFIN FIRE DEPARTMENT STIPEND PROGRAM to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereunto.
