This Verified Claim is made with respect to the following described real estate (the Real Estate): South 66 Feet of Lot 1, R and A Condominiums Addition, a Resubdivision of Lot 6 of Johnston- Potterfield Subdivision, Part 2, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 57, page 186, Plat Records of Johnson County, Iowa. 2. NATURE OF INTEREST. The nature of the interest is a Conditional Dedication and Conveyance for such property granted to the City of Tiffin, Iowa, dated February 13, 2013, as part of subdivision documents recorded in Book 5052, Page 484-508 in the records of the recorder of Johnson County, Iowa, for the extension of Lilac Street (f/k/a Sewell Street) to the west. 3. CLAIMANT. The City of Tiffin, Iowa is the holder of such Conditional Dedication and Conveyance. 4. CLAIM FOR EXTENSION. In accordance with Iowa Code Sections 614.17A and 614.24, to the extent such sections apply to municipalities, the undersigned hereby claims for the City of Tiffin, Iowa, the extension of the right to accept the Dedication, Grant, and Conveyance of such property as stated in the Conditional Dedication and Conveyance, for an additional period of ten years.
