______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS January 13, 2023 • Kelly Beckler from MMS Consultants and Nick and Alex Andersen will be at the work session to give an update on the two attached preliminary OPD concepts. This is a follow- up from the work session they attended last March in which these concepts were first introduced. The first OPD concept, The States (previously called Aster Village II) is located along Forevergreen Road, just west of Croell Avenue. Also attached is a rendering (front elevation) of the basic design of those buildings. The second OPD concept is called Lotus Hill. This is located north of the Veritas Church, just east of Croell Avenue and accessed off of Bailey Way. Attached is a rendering of the basic design of those buildings. Again, this is an update from when these concepts were first presented. City Staff, the City Engineer, MMS and Scott have had review meetings since last March to work on some of the specifics of the OPD for design, layout and density.
