breaches of the Lease Agreement, the amount of any deposits made by CITY, the rent or other monies owed under the Lease Agreement, the date to which rent or other monies have been paid, whether any amounts under the Lease Agreement have been paid in advance, that RAILROAD and CITY have met all obligations under the Lease Agreement or which obligations have not been met and any other reasonable request of the RAILROAD, Purchaser, or Mortgagee regarding the estoppel letter. 11.10 Empty Equipment Storage. N/A 11.11 Erection of Obstruction Prohibited. CITY shall not erect any structures, fencing, material, device, or thing or otherwise place or caused to be placed any materials or vegetation on the Premises which interferes with the view of approaching trains or rail equipment 11.12 Non-Interference. CITY shall not do or permit to be done in its use of the Premises any act that interferes with, interrupts, or endangers the safe operation of trains or rail equipment. 11.13 Signs or Advertisements. RAILROAD reserves and retains all rights involving signage or advertising on the Premises; CITY does not have any rights under or flowing from this Lease to display any form of signage or advertisement absent written approval of RAILROAD.
