Marengo Road #3, submitted an application for a one- time water and sewer adjustment on September 3, 2026. The applicant reported that, while she was away, a water leak occurred. The property manager was notified and subsequently confirmed that the toilet had failed. The customer's twelve-month billing history establishes average monthly charges of: • Water: $24.19 • Sewer: $26.81 The September 2026 water bill increased significantly to $179.74, compared with the established monthly average of $24.19. The corresponding sewer charge was $113.03, compared with the average of $26.81.
