H. Ordinance Approval/Amendment 1. I. Resolutions for Approval 1. Resolution 2020-040 – A Resolution Approving the City of Tiffin Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2019-2020. Motion to approve Resolution 2020-040 – A Resolution Approving the City of Tiffin Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 by Havens Second by Schnedler. Roll Call: Schnedler, Havens, Walls, Olney, Bartels All ayes, motion carried. 2. Resolution 2020-041 – A Resolution Authorizing the Consolidation of Bank Accounts. Motion to approve Resolution 2020-041 – A Resolution Authorizing the Consolidation of Bank Accounts by Walls. Mayor Steve Berner recused himself from any discussion. Second by Olney. Roll Call: Havens, Walls, Olney, Bartels, Schnedler All ayes, motion carried. 3. Resolution 2020-042 – A Resolution Authorizing the Application for the Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant for the Tiffin Fire Association. Motion to approve Resolution 2020-042 – A Resolution Authorizing the Application for the Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant for the Tiffin Fire Association by Havens. Second by Schnedler. Roll Call: Walls, Olney, Bartels, Schnedler, Havens All ayes, motion carried. J. Motions for Approval 1. M. Reports from City Personnel 1. Mayor’s Report – Nothing to Report 2. City Council Reports – Discussion: Council Person Havens had questions in regard to new fiscal year budget if Phase 7 of trail included. 3. City Administrator’s Report – Discussion: Governor had another proclamation today that lifted a lot of restrictions. Will discuss at Tuesday’s meeting. M. Adjournment Motion to adjourn by Havens.
