Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2023-025, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF JUNE 6, 2023, FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COSTS, AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF NOTICES FOR THE POTTER CREEK INTERCEPTOR SEWER PROJECT AND OPENING OF BIDS ON JUNE 1, 2023, to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
