______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS April 28, 2023 • Please take a look at the west ditch line at 501 Roberts Ferry Road where the entrance for the new Half Moon Kennels is being built. Below are some pictures of the area but with this new entrance, Chad Payne contacted me with some safety and esthetic concerns with the trees that are in the right-of-way. Until this property was annexed, these trees were in county right-of-way. The trees are mostly scrub trees and would be easy to remove but there is a fiber line in the ditch that we would need to be careful of. Again, please take a look at this and be thinking of how you would like to proceed.
