H-3 - Resolution 2023-037 - Modifying Tiffin Fire Department Stipend Program for SAFER

$20 per approved advanced training, instructor development, or officer training (does not include FFI, FFII, EMT or other basic training, max of 2 classes per day) $20 per approved EMS continuing education training (minimum of 1 CEU) +$40 per approved training session for certified instructors providing a minimum of 2 hours of departmental training to a minimum of (6) students. $15.00 per training session for non-certified instructor providing a minimum of 2 hours of departmental training to a minimum of (6) students. Non-certified members will not receive stipends for advanced training unless they are certified as Firefighter II per NFPA 1001.
