RESOLUTION NO. 2023-052 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NEW GENERAL GUIDELINES TO ASSESS FIRE DEPARTMENT FEES Whereas, the Tiffin Code of Ordinances authorizes the City Council to determine and set by resolution the Fire Department Fee Schedules; and, Whereas, the City Council has established what is an appropriate fee is for each service and, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, to approve and adopt the attached Fire Department Fee Schedule. On the 18th day of July, 2023, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2023-052, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NEW GENERAL GUIDELINES TO ACCESS FIRE DEPARTMENT FEES and made a motion to approve. Ayes: Nays: Absent: Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2023-052, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NEW GENERAL GUIDELINES TO ACCESS FIRE DEPARTMENT FEES to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
