Following review of applications, resume screening, and interviews, staff identified Ben Yoder as the most qualified candidate. Ben brings experience and qualifications that align with the responsibilities of the Building Inspector I position, including building code knowledge, inspection-related skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with contractors, property owners, and the public. His background will support the City’s continued growth and increasing demand for building and development services. Recommendation Staff recommends the City Council approve the hiring of Ben Yoder for the position of Building Inspector I, at the established salary range for the position. ATTACHMENTS: None 1
