FEE: Prior to Phase Two services commencing, we will enter into a standard AIA B101 Owner / Architect contract. Services will be outlined in more detail and a mutually agreed upon fee will be determined. Typically for a project of this nature a design fee range would be 7.5%-8.5% of construction cost or a mutually agreed upon lump sum (Based on clients preference). Any additional services not identified within our scope of work will be billed at our hourly rates. We will request approval from you before any additional services are provided.
