amended, modified, or terminated as set forth herein, or otherwise becomes invalidated by the operation of state or federal law. 20.25. The Sheriff or City may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party not less than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the termination date. The effective date of termination will occur one hundred eighty (180) days following written notice or upon another termination date agreed to by the parties in writing. 21.26.
