C-900 PVC 265LF @ $126.00 $ 33,390.00 Estimated Total $ -3,710.00 Sanitary service to duplex #652/654 Croell Ave. crosses new sewer trench. The City requested that this service be connected to the new sewer. See RFC#1. Wet, possible unsuitable native soils have been found during trench excavation. The material will be extremely difficult to obtain proper trench compaction, given current weather conditions. Replacement of this soil with sand backfill is recommended. See RFC #2.
