Roll Call The City of Tiffin’s Planning & Zoning Commission held a regular scheduled session on September 9th, 2026, at the City Hall Conference Room. Board Chair Gina Landau called the meeting to order at 6:31 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Gina Landau, Tia Showalter, Travis Whitmore. Nick Ford arrived at 6:32. Absent: Luthe Parker. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, Building Official Brian Shay, Deputy City Clerk Brianna Wilkerson, Jim & Darla Bartles. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Whitmore. Second by Showalter. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Approval of June Meeting Minutes Motion to approve June meeting minutes by Whitmore. Second by Showalter. All ayes, motion carried. D. Discussion of Rezoning STR 28-80-7 THAT PART OF E 1/2 E 1/2 SW DESC AS AUDITOR'S PARCEL 'B' IN SURVEY BK 33 PG 78 . (West of 310 Highway 6 NW) Discussion: Cannot have more than 29 units and would need DOT approval for an access for anything other than the existing single-family unit. Recommend getting an appraisal with that information for an accurate valuation. E. OPD Update Discussion: Good neighbor meeting to be scheduled for Marvin Gardens. It will be six buildings, one site plans. The Pacific will start late fall. F. Adjournment Motion to adjourn by Ford. Second by Whitmore. All ayes, meeting adjourned at 7:11 PM.
