______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS January 19, 2024 • NaviRetail is the third company Eric Schnedler and I met with at the ICSC Conference in May. They are probably more similar to Retail Strategies than Placer.ia but are still a little different in terms of the services and products they offer. Casey Kidd with NaviRetail will make his presentation via Teams on Tuesday night. • Dustin Opatz with BerganKDV will be at the work session to give a short presentation on the FY 2022-2023 City Audit and discuss the process and findings. Included in the packet are both final documents of the audit. • Time permitting, I will continue to review the FY 2024-2025 budget. If we run out of time in the work session, I may use time during my Administrator’s Report for the review.
