K-2 - CCA Post Prom Donation 2024

Dear Friends & Family of Clear Creek Amana High School: Clear Creek Amana High School Prom and Post Prom will be held on Saturday, April 27th 2024. This year Prom will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott University Heights across from Kinnick Stadium and Post Prom will be at the University of Iowa Campus Recreation & Wellness Center (CRWC). We want to provide an alcohol and drug free, enjoyable event that young people will be able to reminisce about for years to come! This year because we will be at the CRWC, students will get the chance to utilize their pool, hot tub and climbing wall, which we are not able to provide at CCAHS. Our mission is to continue to make this a memorable occasion and we think having an off campus experience every other year might be able to do that. Because we are paying for two venues, our fundraising needs to be stepped up a notch. We do recognize that none of this can be accomplished without the generous support of our community partners. Because Post Prom does not receive funds from the school district, we must rely solely on our local businesses and families to help us make this important event happen. We are hoping that you and/or your business will help us by supporting our efforts. Donations can be monetary, gift cards, and free and/or discounted product(s). This will allow us to provide entertainment and to purchase supplies, gifts, products, and fun for all! As a special thank you we would like to offer any business/family who contributes a cash donation of $100 or more to be listed as a GOLD sponsor and over $250 would be PLATINUM sponsorship. We will display your name at the high school the week of prom, and during Post Prom. Follow us on Facebook at CCA Post Prom to see your insignia shout out.
