Help with our high water bill. My wife has been gone, helping her mother health issue. She also does in-home childcare in the basement where the toilet is so the issue, she has had problems with her older kids, pushing the handle hard and think that's what maybe broke the ball inside the tank. When we hear it running we open the tank and fix it, but think that it's been damaged so much that it randomly opened and would just start running when we were not there. With the weather/holidays and being gone often we have not been in our basement area so have been unaware that the toilet has been running nonstop. We have someone coming on Saturday to fix it. Thank you so much we really appreciate the help.
