Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 5:47 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Skylar Limkemann, Al Havens, Jim Bartels, Eric Schnedler. Absent: Chris Olney. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, City Clerk Abigail Hora and others. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Schnedler. Second by Bartels. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion of Fire Marshal Position for the Tiffin Fire Department Discussion: Council Person Limkemann presented information regarding the fire marshal position. Council will discuss this further at the goal setting session next week. D. Update on Pace Properties Downtown Housing Grant Project Discussion: The Faselts gave us an update on the downtown housing grant. E. Discussion and Review of Home Occupation and Commercial Parking Ordinances F. Discussion of Implementing a Snowbird Waiver for Garbage and Recycling G. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda H. Other Business I. Adjournment Motion to adjourn by Schnedler. Second by Bartels.
