B. On Roberts Ferry Road from the exit ramp of Interstate I-80 westbound, north to the existing posted 25 miles per hour speed limit sign which is 15 feet south of the south entrance to the Clear Creek Mobile Home Park. C. On North Park Road from Oakdale Boulevard to Forevergreen Road D. On Roberts Ferry Road southbound from the Clear Creek Bridge to 340th Street. 4. Signs. The Public Works Department of the City of Tiffin will post speed limit signs consistent with the provisions of this section. 5. Highway 6 (Marengo Road). The speed limit on Highway 6 (Marengo Road) is set by the Iowa Department of Transportation. Section III. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinance in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section IV. Severability Clause. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section V. When Effective. This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval, and posting as provided by law.
