Discussion: Carl Bundy, 623 Kimberlite St, would like the City to consider rental permits. North Liberty has a similar process, is still looking for resources and help in regards to the neighbor. Jacob Huff, 605 Kimberlite St, has a family and echoes the same concerns as Carl. Dennis Pettit, 601 Kimberlite St, echoes same concerns as others. E.
