2. City Council Reports – Discussion: Council Person Havens presented the watershed full-time coordinator and the cities contribution. This will begin in 2025. 3. Recreation Director’s Report – Discussion: Recreation Director Frank Haege reported the sponsorships have doubled since last year. Youth baseball, softball and soccer to start soon. 6. City Engineer’s Report – Written Report in Packet. 7. City Attorney’s Report – Nothing to Report. 8. City Administrator’s Report – Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt reported the DOT will be resurfacing North Park Road at night during the week of April 11th. N.
