______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS May 17, 2024 • Attached are conceptual drawings and cost estimates for the extension of Village Drive from the end of the Hunt Club to South Park Road. Darryl High, who will be at the work session on Tuesday night, is working on a prospect that would require the first 500 feet of road, trail and infrastructure to be installed. However, Darryl would like to discuss with the council the possibility of extending Village Drive all the way to South Park Road. Darryl would be asking the City to amend the current Development Agreement the City has with the 80/380 LLC entity (that extended Village Drive to its current location) to include the roads full extension. • I’d like to have a discussion with the council about the possibility of combining the current full-time Fire Marshal/Code Enforcement position with the current part-time Fire Chief position.
