AGENDA ITEM # K-4 and K-5 AGENDA INFORMATION TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION DATE: August 28, 2024 AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of Reappointment(s) to the Library Board of Trustees – Motion to Approve ACTION: Motion SYNOPSIS: As we continue the transition of the Library to a full City Department, one of the areas to bring up to date is the appointments of the Board of Trustees. Per City Code, three members of the board are appointed by the City Council. Two of the three members’ terms have expired, those being Cindy Coffin and Dick Huff. Both have agreed to serve another six-year term. The rest of the Library Board appreciates the time they have spent on the board and are happy they are willing to continue to volunteer.
