To be painted during the day. Excludes bonds, dues, permits and traffic control. No warranty if painted in inclement weather. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra cost will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Items bid per unit of measure are based on estimated quantities, and payment will be based on actual quantities placed. 1 3/4% Service Fee will be charged on all past due accounts (21% per annum). Any expense incurred to collect past due accounts, including attorney fees, will be reimbursed by owner. No retainage to be withheld on contract amounts of $15,000 or less, due upon receipt.
