Veritas Church Parking Expansion No further comments. The States – Andersen Addition OPD No further comments. Park Place City Center, Lot 8 No further comments. Tiffin West ON Site No further comments (OFF site plans have not been reviewed). UNDER CONSTRUCTION Development Name Description Hawk Wash Site is under construction. Owner has been notified of need to stabilize site & provide erosion control. Detention basin has been seeded, bottom is showing signs of some erosion and will need regrading prior to approval/acceptance. Kimberlite Street South Site may need to be reseeded in the fall. Otherwise construction is completed. Park Place City Center, Lot 8 MSA is performing observations for this project for the public improvement portion. Tiffin West ON Site MSA is performing observations for this project. Water main is complete pending testing. Sanitary sewer to begin next. Tiffin Heights West IDOT Utility Extension – MSA is performing observations for this project. Water main Along Hwy 6 from Deer View to Half Moon is complete pending testing.
