Tiffin West ON Site No further comments (OFF site plans have not been completed review). UNDER CONSTRUCTION Development Name Description Hawk Wash Detention basin has been regraded and reseeded in areas where erosion was forming. Once grass has established site will be in compliance with plans. Kimberlite Street South Site has been reseeded. Park Place City Center, Lot 8 MSA is performing observations for this project for the public improvement portion. Tiffin West ON Site MSA is performing observations for this project. Water main is complete and has passed testing. Sanitary sewer is installed pending testing. Storm sewer has begun installation. Road bed grading has begun. Tiffin Heights West IDOT Utility Extension – MSA is performing observations for this project. Water main Along Hwy 6 from Deer View to Half Moon along Hwy 6 has passed testing, water main north along Half Ave Moon pending testing. Sanitary sewer to begin next along Hwy 6. AWAITING RESUBMISSION Development Name Description Prairie Village Commercial Part 1, Lot 2 Review comments sent 7/25/23. Awaiting resubmission. Potential Site Plan NE – Responded to questions 11/2/23. Awaiting submission for Tiffin West Development review. Tiffin Heights West Review comments sent 8/13/24. Awaiting resubmission. Casey’s in Tiffin West Lot 1 Review comments sent 7/30/24. Awaiting resubmission. Kimberlite North of Hwy 6 Connection City, Developer, MSA, and DOT met on 8/22/24 to discuss steps moving forward. Developer to submit proposed improvements for review.
