AGENDA ITEM: Discussion and Consideration to Proceed with Budgeted Park
Improvements/Expenses within the FY 2024-2025 Budget and Council
Action as Needed
ACTION: Motion
SYNOPSIS: Within the City Park Improvements line item of the budget (001-430-6783) are
several items for general improvements to the various city parks. Within the $75,000
budgeted are items such as two additional park shelters, picnic tables, bleachers and running a
waterline to the two new ball diamonds on the auxiliary field. Although Brian Detert and I
would like to discuss the two additional park shelters, Brian would like to purchase the
materials and/or order these items so they will be delivered and available before next spring.
