______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS November 1, 2024 • Several representatives from Revata Consulting will be at the work session on Tuesday night to meet and introduce themselves to the Mayor and City Council, walk through their attached proposal and answer any questions about their grant writing services. • Attached is a draft of the operational budget for the proposed recreation center. This document was put together by researching other facilities of similar size and/or are performing close to the same recreational programming. I’m sure some of these numbers may change as we get closer to finalizing the recreation building itself. However, we feel this is a pretty good baseline in which to start.
