Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting to order at 6:31 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Eric Schnedler, Skylar Limkemann, Al Havens, Chris Olney, and Tim Orris. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and City Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Olney. Second by Orris. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion of Possible Fill Dirt for the Water Plant Upgrade Project and the Tiffin Recreation Center Project Discussion: The City has an opportunity for fill dirt for the water plant upgrade project and the recreation center. Sampling will start as soon as possible. The outcome of the sampling will determine if the City will move forward or not on the dirt. D. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda or Reports E. Other Business F. Adjournment Motion to adjourn by Olney. Second by Limkemann. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Skylar Limkemann, Al Havens, Chris Olney, Tim Orris and Eric Schnedler. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and City Clerk Abigail Hora. C. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to amend item I-3 to remove the word ‘28E’ to only say agreement Motion to approve agenda as amended by Olney. Second by Limkemann. All ayes, agenda approved.
