RESOLUTION NO. 2024-083 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF JANUARY 7, 2025, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, CHAPTER 69.09 – TRUCK PARKING LIMITED Whereas, the City Staff recognizes the need to discuss changing/amending Chapter 69.09, of the Tiffin Municipal Code, Truck Parking Limited; and, Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that a discussion needs to take place to determine what all of the potential parking changes may need to be, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the date for a public hearing for January 7, 2025, to discuss amending Chapter 69.09 of the Municipal Code of Tiffin for additional parking restrictions. On the 17th day of December, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2024-083, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF JANUARY 7, 2025, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, CHAPTER 69.09 – TRUCK PARKING LIMITED and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson _____. Ayes: Nays: Absent: Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2024-083, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF JANUARY 7, 2025, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, CHAPTER 69.09 – TRUCK PARKING LIMITED to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
