Park Rd Construction – PCC PAVEMENT WIDENING/PCC RESURFACING Dear Mr. Boldt, Upon review of the bids received on December 17, 2024, for the above-referenced project, the Iowa Department of Transportation Contracts Bureau has approved the low responsive bidder, Boomerang Corp's, Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) commitment and has cleared the company as a responsible contractor. With this approval and after reviewing the bid tabulation, it is our recommendation that the low responsive bidder listed below be accepted and award made via resolution at the public hearing scheduled for Jan 7, 2025. Boomerang Corp. Bid Amount $5,458,891.91 Once a resolution has been passed to award the contract, please transition the contract to award in DocExpress. Sincerely, MSA Professional Services, Inc.
