Section 2. The Application is hereby approved, subject to review by the Johnson County Assessor pursuant to Section 404.5 of the Act, and the City is hereby directed to forward a copy of this resolution and such Application to the Johnson County Assessor prior to March 1, 2025. Section 3. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, to the extent of such conflict.
