______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS January 3, 2025 • Nancy Schulzetenberg with BerganKDV will be joining the work session remotely to give a short presentation on the FY 2023-2024 City Audit and discuss the process and findings. Included in the packet are both final documents of the audit. • Attached is the slide show for the Fire Station Conceptual Design that OPN Architects has put together. Chief Hill and at least one representative from OPN will be at the meeting on Tuesday night to go through the slides and give specific information about the facility. The goal of this item is for the council to discuss the concept and ask questions to get to a point of ‘general approval’ of the design to allow the Fire Department to proceed with their fundraising efforts in 2025. • Time permitting, I would like to review some items in the FY 2025-2026 budget. If we run out of time in the work session, I may use time during my Administrator’s Report.
