Roll Call B. The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Eric Schnedler, Al Havens arrived at 6:04 PM, Chris Olney, Tim Orris and Skylar Limkemann. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and City Clerk Abigail Hora. C. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Olney. Second by Orris. All ayes, agenda approved. D. Discussion and Review of City of Tiffin FY 2024 Audit – BerganKDV Discussion: Nancy Schulzetenberg from BerganKDV presented via Microsoft Teams the FY24 Audit. E. Discussion and Review of Proposed Tiffin Fire Department Conceptual Design Discussion: Landon Burg from OPN presented the conceptual design of the proposed Tiffin Fire Department. Mayor and Council had discussion on size, cost and phasability of the project. Time ran short on discussion and it was decided to follow up on a future work session to continue the conversation to allow the fire department to begin fundraising. F. Discussion and Review of FY 2025-2026 Budge G. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda or Reports H. Other Business I.
