______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL January 17, 2025 • I would like to briefly talk about the City Wide Clean Up for this year and some potential changes that we have been talking about internally that might create a better streamlined system for the event. • At this point, I am still putting numbers together for the budget. As is mentioned on the work session agenda, I will have some additional information to share as this process is slowly moving forward. Right now it looks as though a Special City Council Meeting the first part of February is likely. • As part of the February 4th work session, we will go to the Springmier Community Library for the Open House that Liz Petersen is hosting. The open house starts at 5:30 p.m. so the plan is to be there for about a half hour and then head back to City Hall to continue the work session. Liz sent out an invite on Monday, January 13th. Please make sure to respond to it if you haven’t already. • Just a friendly reminder of the Special City Council Meeting on Thursday, January 30th at 5:30 p.m. to continue the discussion on the Fire Station Conceptual Design.
