______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS January 17, 2025 • We would like to start the discussion and/or brainstorm ideas on how we want to conduct the council meetings moving forward. We have briefly talked about this idea at a previous council meeting and this is the result of a breakout session Eric Schnedler attended at the Iowa City of Cities Annual Conference in September. Please be thinking of specific methods or be prepared to make suggestions on how you’d like to make changes to the current flow and process of the council meetings and work sessions. • Time permitting, I would like to review some items in the FY 2025-2026 budget.
