______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS January 31, 2025 • Just a friendly reminder that as part of the work session on Tuesday night we will go to the Springmier Community Library for the Open House that Liz Petersen is hosting. The open house starts at 5:30 p.m. so the plan will be to be there for about a half hour and then head back to City Hall to continue the work session. • I would like to continue the brief conversation from the last council meeting about the City Wide Clean Up for this year and some potential changes to the process. The goal of the potential changes would be to create more partnerships with other community organizations for the items that residents are getting rid of and to a better streamline the system for the event. • Time permitting, I would like to review some items in the FY 2025-2026 budget.
