NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AMENDMENT Notice Is Hereby Given: That at __:____ p.m., at the ____________________________, Tiffin, Iowa, on March 18, 2025, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on the question of amending the urban renewal plan for the 2017 Park Place Commercial Urban Renewal Area (the “Urban Renewal Area”) in order to authorize the undertaking of a new urban renewal project in the Urban Renewal Area consisting of providing tax increment financing to Park 3, LLC in connection with the construction of mixed-use building including commercial and retail units, in the Urban Renewal Area. A copy of the amendment is on file for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
