______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS February 14, 2025 • Andrew Inhelder and Eric Thompson from MSA Professional Services will be at the work session to discuss conducting the next phase of the sanitary sewer analysis. This analysis would specifically be to calculate sewer line capacities for future growth within the current city limits and also for future growth areas that would be outside of the current city limits. • We would like to continue the discussion on the council procedural rules and conduct that we started at the January 21st work session. Attached is a draft of what has been put together so far. This document is not fully complete and is probably only halfway done with potentially covering all the items that should be in this new policy. Please review the document and come to the work session prepared to discuss the next ‘chapter’ of the policy which will cover Mayor, City Council and Department Head reports and council discussion of agenda items.
