______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS March 14, 2025 • Continuing this discussion from the February 18th work session, attached is an updated draft of the council procedural rules and conduct document. Ashley has made some minor changes throughout the document so please review it starting from the beginning as opposed to where we simply left off from the February work session. Probably still the biggest area of emphasis to review is the section that deals with the ‘Reports from City Personnel’. • Attached is the preliminary plat for the 80/380 Commerce Park Addition that was approved at the February Planning & Zoning meeting. Page 3 shows the extension of Village Drive to South Park Road. Darryl High is ready to proceed with the project as both the preliminary and final plats will come before the council for approval within the next couple of meetings. As previously discussed, the City will partner with Darryl for a portion of the construction of this road and will pay for it with an amendment to the current development agreement the City executed with his 80/380 entity in 2017.
