Motion to amend and add the language for any lawful purpose including, but not limited to, public safety, including fire, law enforcement, emergency medical services, parks and recreation, public infrastructure, and economic development by Limkemann. Second by Olney. All ayes, motion carried. Motion to approve as amended by Limkemann. Second by Orris. Roll Call: Olney, Orris, Havens, Limkemann. Nays: Schnedler. Four ayes, one nay, motion carried.
