______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS June 27, 2025 • Matt Adam will be at the work session to review the final plat that is on the regular agenda. With the approval of the plat, this leaves one phase of the Prairie Village subdivision left that will incorporate the remaining required improvements that are stated in the various developer’s agreements. For example, some of those improvements are the completion of the trail, certain amenities to the detention/retention facility and the connection of Kimberlite to Highway 6. • Time permitting, the Mayor, Council Person Schnedler and I would like to review with the council our recent ICSC Economic Development Conference.
