Pay Application #3 Details • Application Period: October 1, 2025 – October 23, 2025 • Total Work Completed & Stored to Date: $1,230,320.50 • Retainage: $61,516.02 • Total Earned Less Retainage: $1,168,804.48 • Less Previous Payments: $761,599.65 • Current Payment Due: $407,204.83 • Balance to Finish (Including Retainage): $11,026,168.86 This pay application covers progress on: • General requirements and mobilization • Bond and insurance • Site testing and erosion control • Electrical systems analysis and site utilities • Foundations and structural work • Process piping and valves • RO system materials and labor • HVAC and plumbing components Recommendation Based on the engineer’s review and certification, staff recommend approval of Pay Application #3 in the amount of $407,204.83 to Tricon Construction Group for work completed on the Water Treatment Plant Upgrades project.
