Attached please find the proceedings covering the City Council’s public hearing on the proposed Development Agreement with MD Real Estate, LLC d/b/a Tiffin Family Care, followed by a resolution approving the Agreement and pledging certain incremental property tax revenues to the payment of the Agreement.
