Doug, Attached is a quote for (3) Toughbook computers for our trucks. One of the three is for new 152, which isn't going to arrive until August or later. In my opinion, there is no sense in purchasing that computer now and having it sit on a shelf. I'd like to get the council's approval on moving forward with purchasing 2 of these 3 computers now. 2 computers x $7,030.95 = $14,061.90. I'd like to proceed with a not to exceed of $15,000 in case there are shipping charges or connectors that aren't baked into this price. Please reach out with any questions/comments.
