Staff Recommendation Staff recommends the formation of a temporary AV Planning Committee comprised of: • Two Council Members • Two City Staff Representatives This committee will be tasked with: • Reviewing current and future AV needs for the Council Chambers • Assessing the value and longevity of high-end purchases like the Owl 4+ and OLED display • Ensuring any interim AV purchases integrate well with long-term plans for council chamber renovation • Recommending a fiscally responsible path forward that reflects community expectations and wise use of taxpayer dollars MAYOR/COUNCIL ACTION: Two (2) Volunteers Needed.
