MINUTES PROVIDING FOR PASSAGE OF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT FOR THE JUNE, 2024 ADDITION TO THE TIFFIN URBAN RENEWAL AREA 436989-46 Tiffin, Iowa June 4, 2024 The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, met on June 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers, in the City. The Mayor presided and the roll was called showing members present and absent, as follows: Present: ____________________________________________________________ Absent: ____________________________________________________________. Council Member __________________ introduced an ordinance entitled “Ordinance No. _______. An Ordinance Providing for the Division of Taxes Levied on Taxable Property in the June, 2024 Addition to the Tiffin Urban Renewal Area, Pursuant to Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa.” It was moved by Council Member ______________________ and seconded by Council Member ______________________ that the ordinance be adopted.
