UNDER CONSTRUCTION Development Name Description Hawk Wash Site is under construction. Owner has been notified of need to stabilize site & provide erosion control. Seed was placed on the detention basin but mostly washed away. Owner has been notified to remove berm installed preventing water from draining from Kimberlite. Kimberlite Street Sout MSA is preforming onsite observations and construction administration services for this project. Road has been paved, substantial completion walkthrough scheduled for June 4th, 2024.
