City Council Reports - Discussion: Councilperson Limkemann thanked the rest of council for the discussion of the wage study this evening. Also reported Johnson County Conservation notified him the rest of the trail to Kent Park will be moving forward. Councilperson Havens stated there is still a lot of parking over the sidewalks and parking in the right of way. Would like to see this addressed. 3. City Administrator’s Report L.
